Best starter electric 6-string guitar for beginners?
I want to learn how to play the electric guitar. I have searched online and found many packages. My price range is $300 the most for a package. I want to play rock, hard rock, alternative rock, and maybe nu-metal, punk and indie rock. Here are some i found:
Yamaha Pacifica 012, Ephihone Les Paul Special 2, Silvertone SSL3. Are these any good and what do you recommend for me. Some bands in mind are linkin park, yellowcard, aerosmith, metallica, ac/dc, three days grace, green day. I DON’T want to play the acoustic guitar so don’t post recommending me to start with acoustic.
I suggest getting a Les Paul.
It gives off a specific sound though… so you may want to try out different guitars to find what will fit your style.
But you can always make the sound you want with pedals.
But I have been playing guitar for almost 3 years and whish I started off with a les paul.
