Is the Epiphone DR-100 Acoustic Guitar right for me?
Hi, I’m a 14 year old beginning guitarist, and by beginner, I mean I’ve never strummed a note haha. I listen to alternative music like All Time Low, Cobra Starship, and Hey Monday. I’ll be using it to play their songs but also I plan to learn as much as I can about guitar because my love for music is hitting an all time high(no pun intended) and I want to be able to say “Yeah, I play guitar.” Kay, so now you have a very slight idea of who I am. Would this guitar be good for me? I do plan on going to a store and trying it for myself, I was just wondering what musicians had to say. Also, if this isn’t the guitar of your choice, what is?

Good starter guitar, not too pricey and you can try out the guitar without too much investment. I like the sound of the acoustic and the fact that you can take it places without the need to carry an amp and have power to plug into. As you play you will start to see what you like in a guitar and what action you like and you can go from there. Also you may decide that you want to try other instruments. I say this as I sit here listening to Micky Heart on drums.
