He won my item for $650, but he’s international. He’s got good feedback constantly buying in the states. But he wants me to declare the value to be $20 on the USPS forms. if not, he wants me to ship it to a friend in the states who will ship it for him. What is the most legit way to ship to make sure i’m not going to be jipped.
ship it to his friend. once it leaves you its not your responsibility. make sure there is an agreement between the three of you of what is going to happen and once it leaves you there is no onus on you.
or tell him that is a federal offence to lie on a declaration slip.
